Who we are

Etzykit is a brand of Bekal Digital, a small digital products studio based in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. You can reach us at WhatsApp +62 851-2802-8406.

What you buy

You buy a digital file: an .xlsx spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheets) or a PDF planner. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get a personal download link that works for 30 days (up to 20 downloads). Please save the file somewhere safe.

Licence

You may use the template for your own personal or business needs and change it as you like. You may not resell, share, or publish the file or a modified version of it.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars (USD). PayPal shows the amount in your own currency at checkout if you pay with a different one. Payments are processed by PayPal, including card payments. We do not receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Because the file is delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If the file doesn't open or doesn't work as described, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of your purchase. We will help you fix it, and if we can't, we will refund you in full through PayPal.

Not professional advice

The templates help you organise your own numbers. They are not financial, tax, or accounting advice. Results depend on the information you enter.

Privacy

When you buy, PayPal shares your name, email address, and country with us so we can deliver your file and help you if something goes wrong. We keep this order record, the number of downloads, and basic server logs. We don't sell your data.

Cookies & ads measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. They use cookies and send events such as page views, checkout starts, and purchases to Meta. For purchases we also send your email address and country in hashed (scrambled) form, the order amount, and your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. You can turn off personalised ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser. To have your data deleted, message us on WhatsApp.

Our own visit statistics

We also count visits on our own server so we can see which pages and templates people look at: the page, the website you came from, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and whether you use a phone or a computer. This uses no cookies. We don't store your IP address: it is combined with your browser type and a random value that changes every day into an anonymous code, so we can count unique visitors per day but can't recognise you on another day. We keep only daily totals.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that counts for your purchase.
